This notice describes the launch website at truenorthanimals.com. True North is developing a surgical-care program for shelter and stray animals in Southern Maryland.

When you visit

This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, tracking cookies, or an embedded payment service. Fonts and animal images are served with the site. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the website.

When you prepare an inquiry

The inquiry tool prepares an email draft in your browser. Your name, email address, organization, and message are not submitted to True North by this form, saved in browser storage by the website, or added to a mailing list.

You choose whether to open the draft in your email app or copy it into webmail. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. Information you put on your clipboard is subject to your device’s clipboard settings.

When you email us

If you send an email, your email provider and the receiving email provider will process it. True North may use the information you send to respond and discuss your inquiry. Please share only the details needed for that conversation. Do not send patient records or urgent medical requests through this website.

Donations and patient information

This launch site does not collect payments, card details, or patient referrals. If those services are introduced, we will explain the relevant data handling before you use them.
